Ajuda & integrações

Reúne o que o BeryX consegue ler, como calculamos cada número, como ligar agentes IA, Excel e Power BI, um guia curto de cada página e onde pedir ajuda à equipa de suporte da BeryxTech.

O que podes fazer

  • Ver os «Conectores suportados» por família; os nomes sublinhados abrem o guia de configuração de cada conector.
  • Ler em «Como calculamos» a fórmula, as constantes e as limitações de cada número da app; os ícones de informação espalhados pela app abrem a entrada certa.
  • Ligar um agente IA ou o Excel e o Power BI a partir das secções «Agentes IA (servidor MCP)» e «Excel e Power BI».
  • Consultar o índice «Por página»: um parágrafo sobre cada página da app, com link para o guia completo no site; o botão «?» no cabeçalho de cada página abre a entrada dessa página.
  • Encontrar em «API & suporte» o portal de programadores, os guias, as notas de versão, a política de suporte, o DPA e a página DORA e NIS2.
  • Enviar um pedido com «Pedir ajuda»: o assunto, a categoria e a descrição seguem para a equipa de suporte da BeryxTech com contexto técnico automático (workspace, plano, versão, página atual, língua e navegador, nunca dados das fontes) e recebes um número de pedido.
  • Rever o tour de boas-vindas com «Ver o tour de boas-vindas»: as janelas que mostram, para o teu perfil (Administrador, Membro ou Leitor), onde está cada coisa. O tour abre sozinho no início de sessão até marcares «Não voltar a mostrar este tour», e também se abre na barra lateral, junto a «Pedir ajuda».

Help & integrations

Brings together what BeryX can read, how we calculate each number, how to connect AI agents, Excel and Power BI, a short guide to every page and where to ask the BeryxTech support team for help.

What you can do

  • See the “Supported connectors” by family; underlined names open each connector's setup guide.
  • Read the formula, constants and limitations behind every number in the app under “How we calculate”; the info icons across the app open the matching entry.
  • Connect an AI agent or Excel and Power BI from the “AI agents (MCP server)” and “Excel and Power BI” sections.
  • Browse the “By page” index: one paragraph per app page, linking to the full guide on the website; the “?” button in each page header opens that page's entry.
  • Find the developer portal, guides, release notes, support policy, DPA and the DORA and NIS2 page under “API & support”.
  • Send a request with “Request help”: the subject, category and description go to the BeryxTech support team with automatic technical context (workspace, plan, version, current page, language and browser, never source data), and you get a request number.
  • Replay the welcome tour with “View the welcome tour”: the windows that show, for your profile (Administrator, Member or Viewer), where everything is. The tour opens on its own when you sign in until you tick “Don't show this tour again”, and you can also open it from the sidebar, next to “Request help”.
