Documentação do BeryX

Presence

Decide what BeryX posts in your team's tools, where, and with what content. Today only Slack receives posts and has a bot; Teams, GitHub, Confluence and Jira appear with what BeryX already does with them. The page is for workspace admins only.

What you can do

  • Pause everything with one click: posts from this page stop going out and the bot stops answering, starting with what is already queued. Whatever falls within the pause is skipped and is not sent when you resume. The channels in Notifications keep receiving alerts, scheduled reports and the other notices set up there; to silence them, disable the channel in Notifications. With PR evaluation turned on, GitHub and GitLab PRs also keep receiving the BeryX check and comment, and the Microsoft 365 Copilot agent keeps answering. Pausing does not change what messages carry.
  • Choose what messages carry: metadata and link (dataset name, issue type, severity, counts and the link to the app) or link only (the event type and the link). Sending re-reads the policy before each message.
  • Include the report summary on report ready and steward plan events: up to 3 highlights from the report, already masked by the output guardrail, with the label AI-generated (model, date) when the text comes from AI. Metadata level only.
  • See the Slack preview of the message, on an example with made-up names, in Portuguese, English or Spanish, built by the same function as the deliveries and with the policy before you save it.
  • See the status of the Slack app (active or needing attention, with the Slack code) and turn the consent per action on or off: post events and answer through the bot.
  • Turn each destination on or off, choose which event types reach it (critical incident, SLA breached, report ready, steward plan) and the minimum severity, add a destination (a Slack channel through the app or a Slack channel from Notifications) and remove one.
  • See where the bot answers and turn that list on or off.
  • See the latest posts and the status of each delivery: sent, failed, skipped (with the reason, for example presence paused or destination turned off) or queued.
