Detalhe do dataset

Dataset details

The page for one dataset, with its score, column profile, suggestions and open issues, organised in tabs. Use it to understand a table's quality, request a scan or an AI report and export the contract or the remediation.

What you can do

  • Read the “Overview” tab: score trend and scorecard by dimension, AI readiness, lineage, trust, schema history, quality calendar, each column's profile, “Improvement suggestions”, “Open issues” and the “Table profile”.
  • Request a “Scan” of this dataset only, choosing the profiling depth, and follow it with “Watch live”.
  • Use “Generate AI report” with one of three perspectives: Engineering — refactoring, Management — cost-benefit or Executive — alert digest.
  • Download the “ODCS contract”, the “dbt” contract and the remediation script for accepted suggestions (“Remediation SQL” or “PySpark”) for you to review and run yourself: BeryX never writes to your sources.
  • Create a rule on a column with “+ Rule” and classify column sensitivity (not available to the Viewer role).
  • See in the “Consumers” section the agents and applications that recorded consuming the dataset through the Trust API in the last 30 days, with their type, consumptions in the last 7 days and the last trust decision they saw.
  • See in the “Freshness” panel which column measures data updates, when the most recent data arrived and whether its time, stored without a time zone, was read as UTC (“assumed UTC”) or in the connection's time zone. To pin another column, choose it and use “Save”: the dataset's freshness rule then measures that column (not available to the Viewer role).
  • See in the “Data country” panel the country scans use for this dataset and where it comes from: set on the dataset, inherited from the connection or inherited from the workspace. To set another country or go back to inheriting, choose it and use “Save”; it applies from the next scan (not available to the Viewer role).
  • See in the “Owner, steward and tags” panel who is accountable for the dataset, who looks after it day to day and the tags on the dataset and its columns. Without an owner of its own, the dataset inherits the domain's owner; the steward is not inherited. To change them, choose the owner or the steward and use “Save owner and steward”, or add and remove tags and use “Save tags”. With a controlled tag policy, you can only add tags from the workspace list (not available to the Viewer role). In “Metadata history” you see who changed what and when, with the value before and after, and in “Compare two dates” what differs between the start and the end of a window.
  • Open the other tabs: “Documentation” (generate the README and “Approve and publish”), “Contract” (a contract proposal to the producer, sent only by administrators), “Knowledge” (notes about the dataset) and “Synthetic data” (rows generated from the profile, if your plan includes it).
