DORA e NIS2

O que podes fazer

  • Abrir cada pergunta frequente para ler a resposta: se a BeryxTech está sujeita ao DORA ou à NIS2, o registo de informação, onde ficam os dados, a subcontratação, o plano de saída, a notificação de incidentes, a auditoria e as certificações, e as medidas da NIS2.
  • Pedir o pack completo com «Pedir por email»: anexo contratual, registo de informação preenchido, plano de saída e checklist do art. 30.º do DORA, enviados depois da revisão jurídica.
  • Consultar a lista pública de fornecedores com «Ver os subprocessadores».
  • Mudar a língua da página entre português, inglês e espanhol.

DORA and NIS2

A public page, no sign-in needed, with short answers for RFPs from financial entities (DORA) and essential or important entities (NIS2). It sums up what BeryxTech gives regulated customers; it is not a compliance statement or a contract.

What you can do

  • Expand each frequently asked question to read the answer: whether BeryxTech is subject to DORA or NIS2, the register of information, where the data lives, subcontracting, the exit plan, incident notification, audits and certifications, and NIS2 measures.
  • Request the full pack with “Request by email”: contract annex, completed register of information, exit plan and DORA Article 30 checklist, sent after legal review.
  • Open the public list of vendors with “See the subprocessors”.
  • Switch the page language between Portuguese, English and Spanish.
