Ligar a tua conta Slack

O guia Microsoft 365 Copilot explica a instalação.

Connect your Slack account

Connect your Slack account to your BeryX account to ask the BeryX bot questions in Slack. The same page connects your Microsoft 365 account to the BeryX agent in Microsoft 365 Copilot. It opens from the link the bot or the agent sends you and also lists the accounts you have already connected.

What you can do

  • See what the link will connect before you confirm: your Slack user, the integration, the Slack workspace and how long the link is valid for. Only confirm a link you asked the bot for yourself, because that Slack user then asks the bot with your BeryX permissions.
  • Confirm with Connect account; the link is single-use and is removed from the page address once you confirm.
  • Ask for a new link when the page says Invalid or expired link: mention @BeryX in Slack again, or ask the BeryX agent in Copilot another question.
  • See your Connected accounts, from Slack and Microsoft 365, and disconnect one with Disconnect; the bot or the agent stops answering you until you connect the account again.
  • Know what the bot shows: it answers with your BeryX permissions and, because answers in a channel are visible to everyone in it, it is instructed to send only metadata, counts and links to the app, without data samples or column values; emails, phone numbers and identifiers such as tax numbers are masked.
  • Know what the Microsoft 365 Copilot agent receives: on a Copilot link, the page shows your Microsoft 365 user (Entra ID) and the Entra tenant. The agent only reads, with your BeryX permissions. Answers from the BeryX assistant have emails, phone numbers and identifiers masked, but reads of datasets, domains, incidents and reports come out as in the app, including the owners' emails in incidents and the full text of AI reports. The Microsoft 365 Copilot guide explains the installation.
