Problemas

Issues

Lists the data quality issues in your datasets, with filters for severity, type, dimension and status. This is where you triage: assign an owner, understand the cause and the impact, and resolve, ignore or snooze each issue.

What you can do

  • Filter by “Severity”, “Type”, “Quality dimension” and “Status” (open issues only by default) and tick “Only mine” to see just the ones assigned to you.
  • Open “Explain” on an anomaly to see the metric against its normal band, the culprit dimension and the upstream datasets, or, on a cost anomaly, the excess and the culprit queries; open “Impact” to see the downstream datasets and consumers.
  • Request “Diagnose with AI” for a root-cause diagnosis, which opens as a report.
  • Change the status with “Acknowledge”, “Resolve”, “Ignore” or “Reopen”, pick the “Owner” or “Snooze” for 7 days; when you resolve an issue, BeryX may propose in Suggestions the “never again” rule that would have caught it.
  • Select several issues and apply “Resolve”, “Assign”, “Snooze 7 days” or “Ignore” in one go.
  • See the tickets linked to each issue under its title, with the tool, the key and the status, and open them. “Create ticket” logs the issue in the team’s ticketing tool (Jira or Linear) when a ticket integration is set up; “Link existing ticket” links, by its URL, a ticket that already exists in any tool. An issue can have several tickets.
